Teen Driving Licensing Requirements in Florida

To get Learner License In Florida, You must be at least 15 ears old, and you have to provide your primary identity card (proof of date of birth), social security number, residential address, and show your completed traffic law and Substance abuse education course. if you want to relocate your current state driving license to Florida Driving License, you should check the Jursidiction with both state in your local Yellow PAges. and Also proide Parental Consent Form
After you complete all the documents. you are required to

- take written test, including road rules (20 multiple choice about florida traffic laws, minimum 15 correct answer) and road signs (20 multiple choice about florida road signs, minimum 15 correct answer)
- Vision Test using Eye Machine
- Hearing Test
If you complete them all, with your learner’s license you can driving during daylight in the first three months until 10.00 pm an accompanied with a licensed driver who at least 21 years old in front passenger seat
After that, you can apply for Intermediate License(16-17 years old). you have to provide Florida Learner’s License and dont have any traffic convictions. also 50 hours certificate behind the wheel driving (10 hours at night)

- 16 years old – only drive between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., unless accompanied by a licensed driver who is at least 21 years old and occupies the front passenger seat, or you are traveling to or from work.
- 17 years old – only drive between 5 a.m. and 1 a.m., unless accompanied by a licensed driver who is at least 21 years old and occupies the front passenger seat, or you are traveling to or from work.
