Simulator practice to get commercial certificate

I remember that certain years before there was a payment which allowed 50 hours with a simulator approved for qu’ it counts towards l’ total time requirement of the commercial certificate. I can’ ? T seems to find it with l’ other, the narrowest thing can find it is 61.109 ([K]: 1) this one allows 2.5 hours, but appears them what is into force only for the private pilots. For l’ ATP 50 hours are allowed but can only count around 75 hours IMC d’ year. This change or l’ Does I lose the requirements exactly?

You missed it (which is easy to do the way the darned regs are written):
FAR 61.129 paragraph (i) allows 50 hours total toward the commercial pilot airplane certificate.

In addition:
FAR 61.65 paragraph (h) allows 10 hours toward the instrument rating.
FAR 61.109 paragraph (k) allows 2.5 to 5 hours for the private pilot airplane certificate
