Driving while license suspended

Many people ask to me, how about driving in a road while your driving license was suspended. and many case has tell by my friend to me that most people who had a motor vehicle accident, was gave a ticket by officer even that accident was not their fault.
in this case, you have to choose, you willing to pay the fines or you pay and go to jail?

Might be good to check with your attorney on this matter. Then I find it hard to believe you were unaware of the fact that your License was suppended. Or maybe you meant expired or supended due to not paying Insurance on your vehicle. Any ways Probably no jail time but to make things come out better for you talk to an attorney.
